Alyssa
Owner/Instructor
Alyssa has always been drawn to alternative fitness. With a background in gymnastics coaching and circus training, she blends yoga, contortion, and dance.
She’s competed in pole competitions and performed nationally, including with Snoop Dogg. Alyssa’s favorite style is lowflow, and she teaches Exotic Tricks. She is a certified instructor through X-Pole.

Dr. Paulina
Instructor
Paulina, a Doctor of Physical Therapy at The PATH Rehab & Performance, combines her expertise in strength, conditioning, and dance. At Lilith, she teaches a unique class, Pole Mobility Therapy (PMT).
In her judgment-free space, pole dancers build strength, improve mobility, and prevent injuries, while learning about biomechanics. -

Sunny
Instructor, PSO Gold Medalist
Sunny grew up in dance studios, originally training in classical ballet and eventually switching to competitive gymnastics.
She incorporates her unique training into her classes, focusing on technique as well as strength to build confidence at any level.
Sunny has completed instructor certification through X-Pole. -

Indra
Instructor
Indra is an artist and performer whose movement background includes ballet, weightlifting, and yoga.
In her classes, she emphasizes self-expression, strength, and deep body connection, encouraging students to move with intention and confidence while exploring their unique style in a supportive environment.

Arijanna
Instructor
Ari began dancing young but later explored sports and earned a degree in movement studies.After working in healthcare, they returned to their passion for dance, finding spiritual, emotional, and physical expression unlike any past career. Ari brings a deep understanding of movement, wellness, and self-expression to Lilith students.

Arlo
Instructor, PSO Gold Medalist
Arlo brings a dynamic background in pole, burlesque, and fire eating. She began in 2020 with no dance experience, using pole to cross-train for alpinism and climbing.Certified through XPERT, she now blends static acrobatics and creative shapes to help students build strength, form, endurance, and a unique movement vocabulary.

Erin
Instructor
With a background in sports, dance, personal training, and weightlifting, Erin brings a strength-focused, well-rounded approach to pole.
She began at Lilith and fell in love with the power of the fundamentals. Erin is passionate about helping students build strength, technique, and fluidity—especially through old school exotic and heel work. -

Lydia
Curator/Instructor
Lydia is an artist whose main media are painting, digital art, and pole dance.
Building on her ballet and contemporary background, she focuses on exotic choreography and freestyle.
She aims to help students "turn their bodies into liquid" and curates art installations that connect Lilith to the wider creative community.

Our Seattle studio is located in Castle Climbing Club (CCC) on 6327 W Marginal Way.
In order to take our classes at this location you’ll need both a Lilith membership and a CCC membership.

Drop-in classes: Nonrefundable. Cancel or contact the studio at least 2 hours before class to receive a credit for a future class. Cancellations within 2 hours are treated as no-shows and do not receive credit.
Memberships: Start on the payment date and renew on the same date each month. You may cancel anytime, but monthly fees are nonrefundable once charged. Contact the studio at least 2 days before your renewal date to avoid the next month’s charge. If you cancel, your membership remains active through the end of the paid month and will not renew.

Classes require a minimum of 2 students. If fewer than 2 students are enrolled, the class will be canceled.
You’ll be notified at least 2 hours before class and will receive a credit for a future class.

Cancel through your Mindbody account at least 2 hours before class. For help, text, call, or email us.
Cancellations within 2 hours of class or no-shows incur a $10 fee for all students, including drop-ins and members.

Our studio has a “bring your own towel” policy where you’ll be responsible for your own towel, which are mandatory for cleaning your poles and mats.
If you forget to bring your own towel, we have branded studio towels available for purchase, as well as paper towels. -
When it comes to pole dancing, keep in mind that clothing won’t stick to the pole!
Body grips are an important component to pole dancing, so shorts, sports bras, or tank tops are a good option for your first class.
Please do not wear jewelry or any moisturizers to class, as that will damage the poles.

Most classes are barefoot. Socks or leg warmers are allowed during warmups.
Exotic and Floorwork classes use platform heels. If you don’t have a pair, wear socks for your first class and browse options in our retail area.
Beginners should start with 6- or 7-inch platforms.

Our Tacoma studio uses 45-mm brass poles.
Do not use lotions or oils within 24 hours of class. They make poles slippery and unsafe. For best grip, moisturize the day before with a lightweight, oil-free moisturizer.

We have 12-foot poles at our studios.

Your privacy and comfort are our priority. Windows are frosted so no one can see in, and doors lock once class begins.
If you’re running late, call your instructor. Guests may observe only with instructor permission.

Feel free to film and post. Respect classmates’ privacy and get permission before sharing if anyone else is in your shot.
Instructors may occasionally film or take photos for our website and social media. If you do not want to be included, tell your instructor at the start of class. We will always get student permission before filming.

At Lilith we work hard to cultivate a space where students can feel safe to explore and express themselves through movement and sensuality. Our space is inclusive to all, and we respect others in their own expressions of life and art.
Verbal or physical aggression, or hate speech of any kind toward staff or other students will not be tolerated. (You know better.)
Romantic or sexual advances toward any students during class time will not be tolerated. (You definitely know better).
Anyone violating this policy will not be allowed to return to the studio.
